Delivery within the UK
Each designer size their dresses differently so please ensure that you have chosen the right size by either checking the size guide on the product page or contact us on email@example.com with your bust, waist and hip measurements and we will check the items for you.
We will send your order by Royal Mail Special Delivery for postal costs from £7.50 and above to your delivery address within the UK. Someone must to be at your delivery address to sign for your parcel between 9am and 1pm on the day the delivery is due. Lower postal costs are for smaller items and will be sent by Recorded Delivery.
It is your responsibility to collect items from a postal depot if you are not at the delivery address when your parcel arrives. Failure to receive the parcel, failure to collect the parcel from a depot or failure in giving the correct address resulting in the parcel being returned to us will incur a 10% restocking fee. You have 7 days in total from the next working day after we have posted your items to return them for a refund subject to our RETURNS policy below
Returns within the UK for purchases ONLINE ONLY
We hope that you will be pleased with your order but, if you are not, you can return the item(s) within 7 days commencing the next working day after the item(s) were posted to you. You must notify us by email within 5 days that you will be returning the item(s) to the boutique address.
Items purchased in the boutique are non returnable or refundable unless there is a manufacturers fault.
When first trying on a garment ensure that you are not wearing jewellery that can snag fabrics or makeup that can come off on the garments. Do not spray perfumes on or near the garment. Do not remove any of the labels and keep all packaging safely. All zips and fastenings have been checked prior to dispatch, damages to zips and/or fastenings will incur a replacement charge.
When returning unwanted item(s), please use an insured and trackable service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery. Item(s) must be unworn, undamaged, with tags still attached and in the original packaging and returned to us at: Walk in Wardrobe, 1 Waters Edge. Brighton Road, Lancing, West Sussex BN15 8LN.
Important. Keep your Special delivery receipt with your tracking number.
Returns received outside the above time frame can only be refunded as a 'store credit' and subject to a quality control check. We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and tags removed.
In the event of any failure to return any goods to us within the stipulated time limits, even though validly cancelled, we shall have the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods.
Upon receipt of the returned order, as stated above, once processed, you will receive a confirmation refund email for the item(s) purchased.
Postal costs are not refundable.
Delivery and returns outside the UK
For destinations outside the UK, we use Royal Mail, International signed for or AIRSURE. This is available to all worldwide destinations which receive an AIRMAIL service.
Delivery takes up to 5 working days from dispatch. Compensation up to £250.00 (or £500.00 depending on the country) is included in the posting price.
Your parcel will require a signature upon delivery with "International Signed for". With Airsure your parcel is tracked but no signature is required.

The returns section stated above still applies. We will accept returns within 2 weeks commencing the next working day after the item(s) were posted to you. please notify us by email within 10 days that you are returning the item(s) back to us at the postal address stated above and under the same conditions for a refund.
You will recieve a confirmation email when we have received the goods back in good order. There are NO REFUNDS for Postal charges.
Items purchased at the Walk in Wardrobe Boutique Showroom
Items purchased in the showroom are non returnable or refundable unless there is a manufacturers fault. Any deposits paid to purchase items or forward ordered items are non refundable and the full amount will be due and payable.
We reserve the right to exchange any unworn and undamaged full priced items purchased in the showroom.
SALE items are SOLD as SEEN and are non returnable or refundable or exchangeable.
Where Walk in Wardrobe is "Acting as an Agent" for the Sale of Previousy Owned Items
Terms and conditions for Walk in Wardrobe acting as an agent;
* Items are taken on a SALE or RETURN basis only.
* Items must in very good clean condition. Undamaged and of current season.
* Items that we have accepted from you are left at your own risk.
* The proceeds from any sale will be split 50/50 once sold.
* Payments are made directly into your bank account.
* If items are not sold or collected within 10 weeks, they can be automaticaly withdrawn and given to charity.
* Keep your invoice number and contact us within the specified time frame as stated above.
