Delivery within the UK

Once you have chosen your dress to buy on line, please ensure that you have chosen the right size by either checking our Dress Size Charts or contacting us on info@walk-in-wardrobe with your measurements and we will check the measurements of your chosen item/s.

We aim to despatch your order within 3 working days, so you can expect delivery within 5 working days within the UK.

We will send your order by Royal Mail, Special Delivery to your delivery address within the UK.  Please ensure someone is at the delivery address to receive your order as a signature is required by Royal Mail.

We will send you an email the day before your order is due to arrive. Orders are due to arrive before 1pm.

Postal charges are non refundable and are subject to VAT.

Returns within the UK

We hope that you will be pleased with your order but, if you are not, you can return the item/s within 10 days of receiving them and must notify us by email within 7 days that you will be returning the item/s.

When first trying on a garment ensure that you are not wearing jewellery that can snag fabrics or makeup that can come off on the garments. Do not spray perfumes on or near the garment.  Do not remove any of the labels and keep all packaging safely. This is to prevent any damage should you need to return the item/s.

If you wish to return the item/s email us at info@walk-in-wardrobe.co.uk  within 7 days to inform us that you are returning your order unworn, undamaged, with tags still attached and in the original packaging to us at: Returned Goods, Walk in Wardrobe, 31 Western Road, Hove, East Sussex, BN3 1AF.  By Royal Mail Special Delivery. 

Important. Remember to obtain a free copy of your \"Proof of Posting Certificate\" from the Post Office.  Postal costs are not refundable.

Please note our opening times to receive postal deliveries is 10.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Saturday.

Returns received outside the above time frame can only be refunded as a \'store credit\' and subject to a quality control check. We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and tag removed.

In the event of any failure to return any goods to us within the stipulated time limits, even though validly cancelled, we shall have the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods.

Upon receipt of the returned order, as stated above, You will recieve a confirmation email, you will also receive a refund for the item/s purchased. Postal costs are not refundable.

Delivery and returns outside the UK

For destinations outside the UK, we use Royal Mail, International signed for or AIRSURE. This is available to all worldwide destinations which receive an AIRMAIL service.

Delivery takes up to 5 working days from dispatch. Compensation up to £250.00 (or £500.00 depending on the country) is included in the posting price.

Your parcel will require a signature upon delivery with "International Signed for". With Airsure your parcel is tracked but no signature is required

The returns section stated above still applies. We will accept returns within 2 weeks of you receiving your order, please notify us by email within 7 days of receiving your order that you intend to post the item/s back to us at the address stated above and under the same conditions.

You will recieve a confirmation email when we have received the goods back in good order.
